consciousnessThis morning, I did my visioning practice to tune into guidance for what to remember this week. I’m still in the midst of navigating a rather bumpy segment of my journey and finding myself sorely disappointed with how often I slip into fear and ego, getting easily agitated and ready to snap at anyone for the slightest deviation from the tight rope I had everyone walking, myself leading the charge. I strive to be a loving person, and don’t like these reactions I have so much of these days, whether expressed or not. I believe that is exactly why I received the following answer when I asked what I needed to embrace. I was guided to share it, because “That’s why [this message] is coming through you.

So, I’m emerging from my blogging hiatus for just a few moments to share what I was guided to share. Trust that this message will reach exactly who it is intended to serve.

[Embrace] Compassion for yourself and others as human beings. You are limitless beings with human limitations. The Truth lies in the acceptance of this dichotomy. Your limitless self accepts and loves your limited human self unconditionally. When you can feel compassion for your limitations and failures, you love unconditionally. Don’t hate yourself for being human and punish yourself for it. Everything you experience is the outward projection of your inner state. The suffering you feel is nothing but a lack of acceptance and love for your own limitations as a human being. Accept and love your own humanity, and you can love others for theirs.

With the above, I ask that you, whoever you are, to consider joining me in finding that place in your heart where compassion lives. Let it expand in your consciousness and be your navigator this week. This is my intention to release with gratitude. Let compassion be and so it is.

Hi Alice,

Sorry your journey is still bumpy. 2014 has been a challenging one for so many of us. Emerge from your blogging hiatus often Girl! It helps, doesn't it? Last week my blog was down and I considered, just briefly, letting it go. But today once the fog cleared and all my sites were restored I came to the computer to write and felt such joy at that privilege. I realized that blogging keeps me balanced. :-)

Hang in there. This too shall pass.
